In the town of Taivaskenttä holds a radio tower called Line 14, a radio show that occasionally does sweepstakes. All the main characters end up getting mysterious phone calls from the radio station at random intervals. Especially when they aren't even live. Giving cryptic messages, having a passion for the supernatural Jay Micheal O'Ciel decides it'd be a fun idea to investigate this mystery. The mystery of Line 14.
